We are seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior support strategies by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This includes reviewing RBT notes, providing feedback, and ensuring that interventions are implemented effectively and in accordance with best practices. The ideal candidate will possess BCaBA certification, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles are required.
